Diagnosing The Problem
Brainstorm Consultants came to us very early in the process which allowed us to clearly define goals with them. We started with several discovery sessions which allowed us to get a clear understanding of the business objectives and goals we would need to reach. When an organization comes to us early without knowing what is needed to meet their business objectives we are allowed to do our best work. As creative professionals it is important to help define goals with the client and to start building realistic expectations.
Prescribing The Solution
After our discovery session we presented our diagnostic discoveries. We started with a kick-off meeting where, after reviewing our recommendations to them, we worked together to build a strategy with a road map that would lead to project success. During the kick-off we discussed how all of the sites’ navigation would work and started creating some basic navigational goals to help us define a content strategy. The end goal of this project was to create a very simple and easy to navigate website that improved the current brand image of Brainstorm Consultants while effectively working towards meeting their goal of increasing online conversions to 20% of total revenue.
Applying The Solution
We worked with Brainstorm Consultants to create a fresh, professional, and clean design that fell right in line with their core values, and backed up our strategy. The colors and navigational goals bring a whole new perspective to how you use the new site. The design uses a lot of simplistic graphics and minimalist design elements to make the main focus of the site on the content itself. This allows the user to get a deeper understanding of the unique culture within Brainstorm Consultants.
Re-Apply As Necessary
We are constantly looking for ways we can improve and enhance the existing site. A website going live is never the end of the story. We look for ways to constantly improve content and calls to action, and watch for any pages that may be having troubles converting users.
