We worked with Regina to develop an SEO strategy built around a conversion-focused website. The result of our effort is a refreshing blend of a highly usable website that, as planned, significantly drives more revenue generating traffic than ever before.

 WHAT WE DID

  • Website Design
  • E Commerce
  • SEO

Until 2009, Regina Owens, Founder of Military Name Tape Factory, was without a website and for a number of years built her business completely by word of mouth. An unexpected blog post from a website opened her eyes to the possibility of expanding her business online, and she rolled up her sleeves to work with us to complete the work required to make her dream a reality.

We started off with a thorough diagnostic of the business, marketing, and technological factors. Our findings allowed us to uncover a few key discoveries. Some of these included the need for a CMS that would update products and services as needed for Regina, as well as a well thought out marketing strategy targeted at making the website her best marketing tool. We also spent quite a bit of time frequenting competitors’ websites specifically looking for any downstream technological problems.

Diagnosing The Problem

After our diagnostic discoveries we worked together with Regina to build a clear strategy. The first goal was to build a user friendly website that was very easy for her online customers to purchase products. We started by first creating navigational goals of the website so that visitors could easily navigate their way around the website to multiple products. Another important aspect was to build trust. Because of the key market segments that she was reaching out to it was important for the website to be secure, and to communicate that information clearly to the visitor. We decided to implement secure elements of the site at strategic locations to help develop the trust needed for the user to make an informed purchase.

Prescribing The Solution

After our diagnostic discoveries we worked together with Regina to build a clear strategy. Applying The Creative

Now was the time for action. At this point we were ready to create a design based on the strategy we developed together with Regina. We were able to build an intelligent website where all elements were built in for a reason. We were able to set the mood to reach out to the patriotic side of customers. We placed clever and key calls to action at strategic locations to help influence the buying decision. The end result validated our Diagnose and Prescribe decisions developed earlier in this project.

Analytics For Americlean Website Design

The chart above shows just how quickly we were able to see an upward trend in site visits, traffic, and conversions from the first three months of 2010 to the first three months of 2011 after the site went live.

Re-Apply With Online Marketing

Even now after the successful roll-out of the site, we still work with Military Name Tape Factory, continuing to redefine and build on the current strategy. Month over month we are seeing an upward trend in traffic, searches, and transactions. The end result is a user friendly, conversion-focused website that meets and exceeds Regina's objectives.
