This may sound out of the norm, but we don't accept every job that comes our way. Our commitment to excellence begins the moment we begin working with you. Instead of seeking all clients, we will selectively and respectfully pursue perfect fits. Sometimes we say no, and as such, we let go those that would be better served by others allowing us to make sure your project gets the attention it deserves. By saying no we give credibility to our yes.
Finding The Right Fit
Before working with us we ask that you consider the following:
- Great designers are problem-solvers, not an order-taker or 'do what you're told' person. If you really want our help, then you will trust us as professionals. We need to make sure that the outcome of your project is up to our standards. And our standards are very, very high.
- Will you be available at each step of the project for regular consultations?
- Our mutually agreed upon project plan will include project deadlines and milestones that will be shared by our team and your team. It is imperative to your project’s success that we work together to ensure that all deadlines and milestones are achieved on time. Time is money, and when deadlines slip, so does the go-live date and potential revenue.
- We are excellent at what we do and we don't put any project out there with our name on it if doesn't meet our standards. So, if your main concern is budget, you might want to look for another agency. But, if instead you care enough about your work to have it professionally presented, you've arrived at the right place.
